GDPR Privacy & Data Rights

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing. It does not change the destinations available at checkout.
Who Is Responsible?
EMIECIRCLEE CORPORATION, operating as MeloraBee, is the controller for the customer information it uses to manage orders and customer relationships. Shopify and payment providers may separately control certain processing described in their own privacy notices.
Data, Purposes & Legal Grounds
Our Privacy Policy describes the information collected from you, your use of the store, and service providers. It includes contact, delivery, account, transaction, support, device, and usage information. Where GDPR applies, the relevant grounds are:
- Contract: information needed to process your order, payment, delivery, returns, and related support, or to take steps you request before a purchase. Without necessary order details, we may be unable to complete it.
- Legal obligation: information required by applicable EU or Member State law.
- Legitimate interests: protecting the store, preventing fraud, handling inquiries, and establishing or defending claims, subject to balancing those interests against your rights.
- Consent: optional marketing or tracking where consent is required. You may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Browsing this store or accepting its terms is not, by itself, consent to optional tracking.
Your Rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal data. Where applicable, you also have protections against solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, including rights to human intervention and to contest the decision.
You may object at any time to direct marketing, including related profiling. You may also object, on grounds relating to your situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or contact us.
How to Make a Request
Email support@melorabee.com with your request and enough information to locate your record, such as your order number or account email. No special form or subject line is required. Do not send passwords, full card details, or identity documents unless we explain a necessary, proportionate verification step. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Requests are normally free. Any lawful extension, fee, or refusal will be explained, together with available complaint rights.
Retention & Recipients
Retention depends on the purpose: fulfillment and return handling for order records; account operation for account details; resolution and follow-up for support messages; and applicable recordkeeping or claim periods. Erasure may be limited where continued retention is legally necessary. Our Privacy Policy describes recipients including Shopify, payment, hosting, delivery, and support providers. International Transfers
Information may be processed outside the EEA, including in the United States. The transfer provisions in our Privacy Policy apply. You may contact us for details of the applicable safeguards and how to obtain a copy.
Cookies & Privacy Choices
Where a cookie preference control is displayed, use it to review or change optional choices. Browser settings also allow cookie controls, although blocking essential cookies may affect checkout. You may contact us about withdrawing consent or exercising your rights. The data-sharing opt-out page provides additional choices where applicable; it does not replace all GDPR rights or consent requirements.
Complaints
You may complain to a competent data protection authority, including in the EU country of your habitual residence, workplace, or an alleged infringement. You do not have to contact us before doing so.
