Shipping Policy

MeloraBee ships eligible orders to destinations offered at checkout, including supported Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) destinations such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman where available.

Gulf Region Delivery

Orders shipped to Gulf countries may take up to 21 days for delivery. Customers should allow for this extended delivery window when placing an order.

Due to ongoing regional events and circumstances that may affect international transportation—including route disruptions, carrier restrictions, customs processing, security measures, border or airspace changes, and other events outside our reasonable control—some shipments may take longer than the estimated 21-day period.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and dispatch orders promptly, but international transit and customs clearance times cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Charges & Estimates

Shipping to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman is free. Shipping costs are included in the displayed product price, with no additional shipping charge at checkout. Import duties or taxes, if applicable, are addressed separately below.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared after payment authorization. Processing times may vary during weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, or where additional order verification is required.

International Duties & Taxes

The recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local fees unless checkout expressly states that such amounts are included.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

Delayed, Damaged or Missing Parcels

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, contact us promptly with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the parcel and contents. We will review the matter and assist with the appropriate next step.
