Customs, Duties & Import Policy
MeloraBee serves eligible international destinations shown at checkout, including supported Gulf countries.
Import Charges
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, brokerage fees, or other local government or carrier charges imposed at destination.
Customs Clearance
International orders may be inspected or delayed by customs or other authorities. Customs processing is outside MeloraBee's direct control and can extend the delivery period.
Customer Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate recipient, address, telephone, and other information reasonably required for delivery or customs clearance. A carrier or authority may request additional information directly from the recipient.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because required import charges were not paid or required recipient information was not provided, any refund eligibility will be assessed after the shipment is returned and inspected. Actual non-recoverable shipping, return, customs, or carrier charges may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered product may lawfully be imported into their destination. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.
